Order revisions and return review
A return requires written authorization before any item is shipped back. We review the order stage, cabinet condition, packaging, selected series and finish, and the applicable manufacturer or distributor policy.
Document an issue before installation
Provide the order reference, item code, quantity, photos, carton labels and delivery record. Do not assemble, modify or install the disputed item while the issue is being reviewed.
Check eligibility and charges
Special-order, clearance, modified, assembled, installed or post-delivery damaged goods may be final sale. Freight and restocking may apply to approved returns. Specific written order terms take precedence.
