Confirm pickup or delivery conditions
Warehouse pickup is available in Houston and Jacksonville at no handling charge when the address qualifies. Freight delivery is reviewed against the exact cabinet schedule and destination.
Warehouse collection requirements
Jacksonville serves the Little Rock area. Free pickup eligibility applies when the billing or delivery address is within 50 miles of a warehouse. Stock at the chosen location, payment and a ready-for-pickup notice must be confirmed before collection.

Free warehouse pickup is available when your delivery or billing address is within 50 miles of either location. Pickup is not home delivery.
Freight quote inputs
A cabinet freight order can require an appointment, truck access, unloading resources and dry indoor storage. Warehouse pickup is a separate option and does not include delivery to the jobsite.
The cart includes a freight allowance, with residential and liftgate allowances by default. Before release, we verify shipment weight, item count, the delivery address, carrier service and access conditions.
Receiving and exception record
Cabinets arrive unassembled. Verify carton count and visible condition before signing the carrier record. Photograph discrepancies and write shortages or damage on the receipt. Report freight damage within two days and retain packaging and labels for claim review.
